JOB DESCRIPTION

Attack! seeks a Producer to oversee operations of national beverage sampling campaign. This is a Jack (or Jane) Of All Trades position for a highly adaptable and flexible freelancer. This position will be contracted for one year and requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, working from the Attack! offices (Los Angeles or San Francisco).

As a Producer, your job will be to provide consistent, effective project management across multiple areas including creative concepts, budgeting, vendor relations, Field Market Manager (FMM) and National Field Manager laise, and reconciliation.

As an event specialist, you will be responsible for leading the production of all event components as well as specifically executing event logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide creative and operational expertise as a key contributor to single event and long-running concepts.
  • Leverage your experience, operational expertise and critical insight to help develop timely, accurate proposals that include creative elements, execution steps, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with Attack! management, our client and FMM’s on the following:
    • • Define/breakdown project deliverables
    • • Estimate timelines and budget/develop a task-based schedule
    • • Forecast resource requirements/develop a staffing plan
  • Manage Event Logistics
  • Oversee all necessary logistics for events including but not limited to:
    • • budget planning, oversight, and reconciliation

    • • collateral material design and ordering

  • - Identify, negotiate and facilitate payment for all event venues, vendors, and collateral items
